Lectures and Presentations $2,500 per topic	Dr. Alleyne has lectured on a number of pulmonary and critical care medicine topics at local, national, and international conferences.  He has served as a Clinical Assistant Professor of Medicine at the University of North Carolina School of Medicine, Assistant Clinical Professor of Medicine at  the Albert Einstein College of Medicine and as a University Affiliate of the University of South Carolina School of Nursing.
Consultations and Medico-Legal Services $400 per hr. $4500 per day with 1/2 day minimum if travel required	Dr. Alleyne can provide expert medical opinions regarding a variety of patient care issues.
Media Segments for Radio and Television in English and Spanish $500.00 per segment	A former medical consultant to the Weekend TODAY Show in NYC (WNBC), Dr. Alleyne has provided content for medical segments on UNIVISION, WB-Channel 11 and WABC-TV in New York City.
