Dr. Alleyne has lectured on a variety of pulmonary and critical
care medicine topics at local, national, and international conferences. He has served as a Clinical Assistant Professor
of Medicine at the University of North Carolina School of Medicine, Assistant Clinical Professor of Medicine at
the Albert Einstein College of Medicine and as an Affiliate Assistant Professor of Medicine at the University of
South Carolina School of Medicine.
